All-
I just got a call from someone who is going out of the country for a week. They have not had their will updated and want to be sure their daughter is taken care of in the event something happens to them on their trip.
Question? Can they simply write this updated information on a piece of paper to add to thier will and have it notarized? Or will this need to be drafted by an attorney, witnessed and then notarized?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
