Because they have certain groups handing out pizza to voters in line to favor their vote or swing them over. Just the same people picking these people up in busses, treating them to subway sandwiches and driving them to the polls.
No need for any of that. Bring your own food if you are starving to death and poll workers can have water available to them and they can get it themselves from a table. |
