Florida has about 7% of the illegal population nationally. Using that information, we can estimate Florida having taken in another 119,300+ undocumented migrants over the past year or an average of greater than 325 undocumented migrants entering Florida daily. This means Florida likely has just under 900,000 illegal immigrants living here in real time. We are not a sanctuary state, and yet they come. We have a Governor who is tired of it.
There are 1,015 days remaining of President Biden’s current term. Without an increase in the rate of migrants crossing the border, we’d have another approximately 330,000 illegal immigrants moving into our state by the end of his administration – leaving Florida with over 1.2 million residents who aren’t here legally.
Do you think it fair to the citizens of Texas to take in 7,500 of them daily? What part are you having trouble with? They have to shipped out until Biden and Harris close the border or at least get it under control, more of this to look forward to.
