If DeSantis becomes your next President, I doubt the country will be woke either.
It was adopted by liberal social justice advocates during the Black Lives Matter and Me Too movements in 2020.
THAT says it all. Riots, lootings, crime ...it was on TV 24/7.

DeSantis even signed a "woke" law — the Stop the Wrongs to Our Kids and Employees (Stop WOKE) Act, which would outlaw classroom teaching in Florida that would cause students to "feel guilt, anguish or any form of psychological distress" because of their race, color, sex or national origin.
What's wrong with that? No child should be ashamed of who they are or discriminated against for any reason.
It seems the left would like to differentiate races, genders, and religions and teach accordingly to make an example of something that need not be there in our classrooms. jmo
