I took the meditation course in the Palisades at the Maharishi Center and travelled to many gatherings for group meditation. I found a ayurvedic dr in Santa Barbara through thr center.
Aha! I had no idea we have mediators on this forum! Good to know. I need to find a local meditation group as i dont wish to travel south any longer. |
