In this specific case, I think it may depend on what you're used to seeing. For example, in our certs, that info is never blank. Instead, we see "his/her/their" (and we underline or circle the right one), and the verbiage and entire layout is different. I'm not sure I would have known that right off, either. The only blank spaces many of us are used to filling in are our own name and title and the signer's name. |
