before you and the notarial act is a jurat?

Wouldn't you need to note the signer's name in your certificate?

I'm referring to this section of your post:
"However, as to adding the signer's name on a jurat when CO specifically excludes it ... but doesn't necessarily forbid it ... I'm not so sure it's up to me to decide it should be included ...."
