<<Also, when you work direct you are getting paid when the loan funds, another perk.>>

Sometimes yes, sometimes no Cheryl. Again, it depends on the TC. There are reputable TC's out there, outside of SC that's for sure, that pay YOUR fee, and there are those that pay at net 30-45. Why? Who knows. You would think we'd get taken care of since WE are the ones that the BO actually meet in person regarding their loan transactions, but sadly, some of us are not.

It has taken you 12 years to build up your reputation and client based which is excellent for you. Congrats on that. But my point was about your misconception that SS are THE contributing factor as to why are fees are lower than ever. That is what I don't agree on. Brag all you want about your business, but stop putting false accusations out there ALL SS are the bad seeds in this business.

It has been my experience in the course of 9 years working in this business as an NSA, that I can say, that I've encountered BOTH TC's and SS as being the culprits as to why fees are ridiculously low and getting lower. This has been my experience, and from what I've read in various posts here, I'm certainly not in the minority.

I market my business 100% to Lenders, LO/EO, TC's, SS, independent mortgage brokers, real estate agents, attorneys, anyone and everyone involved in this industry.

I also do not work for any of those companies you mentioned either since they have substantially lowered their fees.

I do agree that TC's have allocated more money for nsa services more so than SS partly due to the fact that TC's having a larger budget than most SS.

Working as a real estate paralegal for the better part of 28 years now, I have seen the industry change, dramatically.

However, we have to start identifying the TRUE culprits that are responsible for our profession going to the shitter, and they are the low balling NSA, SS and TC's.

But we can agree to disagree. No problemo. Wink
