The Walton family of Walmart fame has more wealth than the entire bottom 42% of American families. Walmart pays its workers such low wages that many are on public assistance just to survive.
Walmart has a very high turnover rate, low employee retention unless you have scaled the ladder to managerial level.
Better to elevate signing fees to a respectable level. |
