scenario (mismatch between what is said & actions taken). This generates mistrust & presents CNSA business owners with ever-decreasing fees on a platform that enhances/condones it while unnecessarily increasing risks. Perhaps these are "unintentional" side effects regarding their algorithm design - but it's unacceptable and outmoded.

Clearly, they can design & operate their company in the manner that they deem appropriate to be financially viable, but we are also entitled to do so. Certainly business owners aren't required to succumb to the demands/requirements of vendors. In Corporate America it works in the reverse - vendors compete to gain the trust of business owners.

Providing a non-redacted image of the CNSA DL is unnecessary and places NPPI (home address, DOB, DL #, etc.) at great risk.

They "rank notaries" based on when the business owner last logged in (most of us are busy earning a living), a photo, using a limited representation of loan signings successfully completed, etc.

How many business owners do you know that must regularly log in or have to meet ALL vendor demands or be penalized regarding "rank"/positioning?

I know of no business owner who'll eagerly provide their client list with contact info to a vendor who is promising more business (especially when that vendor is essentially driving fees down in that business sector - intentionally or otherwise).

Foremost, this algorithm is deceptive to the general public as they are looking for a reliable professional that is closest (brief travel time) with the most reasonable fee.

From my viewpoint, the configuration, algorithm, & side effects result in a summation that’s not conducive to running a successful business.

Best wishes for success to all. Big Smile
