I'd try Lee's idea and just get a few pieces of paper and start stamping away until its not so wet. Other than that, I have no clue how to dry one up.

Coincidentally, today at a closing, had to stamp twice on a few affidavits because my stamp starting acting up leaving white spots with missing letters in the middle...guess its time refill it, which I hate to do, so messy.

Let us know if NotRot replaces it for you.
