Definitely contact NR for a replacement. ~Agree~

I recently over-inked one of my stamps. What a mess! Luckily, I always order 2 and had one to work with while cleaning up and drying out other. After more than a month, it's finally good.

Note to self: Only a few drops. Do NOT take dropper off and stream ink into reservoir. Wink (yep, that's what I did)

However, I have only myself to blame for this faux pas. When I purchase something new, I expect it to be functioning correctly, without issues. I certainly request a replacement and ask them to conduct QC prior to shipping.
