| I receive info from the PA Dept. of Consumer Affairs. they are aware of John Kulik and his actions but have no authority to act on complaints. I was advised to file a complaint with the local police here in Florida, then forward that complaint to the local Magistrate in PA. The magistrate then has the option to prosecute or not prosecute. It is my opinion that the non-prosecution option is taken as an expedient resolution to out of state complaints because it is unlikely that out of state people will show up for a trial. I sent a letter to the PA Attorney general explaining this problem and stated that Kulik is operating a ongoing criminal enterprise while hiding behind his corporate shield. No reply has been received. |
