# 17-99-09817 dated 8/25/17. I will send you a copy of my complaint if you reply and provide a email address. My complaint states that John Kulik d/b/a Signing Wiz, LLC, is operating a criminal enterprise, preying on out of state victims. I explained that The PA Dept. of Consumer Affairs, Case # BCP-17-05-011018 and the Washington County State Attorney, were both aware of similar complaints concerning John Kulik but had no authority to investigate.
