| I sent a letter to PA Dept of State with the replies received from the PA Dept of Consumer Affairs, and the Washington County State Attorney, both are very aware of this character and the complaints that are mounting against him. I sent copies of these letters to PA Dept of State and explained that out of state complaints are not pursued due to likely hood of not appearing at a hearing/trial, and that the criminal enterprise continues to operate unchecked. I finally received a reply that they will investigate John Kulik. I will appear if necessary to swear to my complaint. |
