Sounds like your certification didn't include a feet-in-the-state Georgia Real Estate attorney. One reason I look for live, in-state educational seminars - even if they're only about "real estate" or "mortgage lending" in general. It is the live give-and-take feedback from the speakers and the audience that make these seminars worth the travel, money and time. I've learned so much more from these than any webinar, where only the speaker answers your question and there is no "live audience participation," where an attendee speaks about what happened to them or at their firm.
Pre-meeting and lunch time is always a good time to network, too. |
