I really appreciate all the input. I have quite a file already put together with CDs with photos of the accident scene taken the next day when no one was home (my blood is clearly on the sidewalk in front of the steps). All my ER and dental treatment records. I plan to make one last effort with ABC law firm. I found their Administrative office address and I plan to send them a claim for the damages I have incurred. I have the name of the property owner's insurance company and plan to send him the same claim.

If these efforts fail, then I'm going to find one of the "one call, that's all" attorneys and see if he and I can get this resolved.
