I really appreciate your input, Peggy. I have the name of the owner and his insurance agent. I am in the process of preparing a claim to submit to the agent. If the insurance company declines the claim, I'll have to look at the other options available. It would really do no good to sue the homeowner as he is about as poor as "Job's turkey" and I have absolutely no use for farmland.
