Not sure of this post... Their signature is their signature, regardless of how a doc checker says the document is to be signed or what THEY think it should look like. Signature is the acknowledgement of the printed name in a document, or signature line. Yes it needs to match (closely) to the identification being used (elderly and injured are a challenge). Anyone who has had a signing with a doctor, pharmacists, or a person who signs there name 50 times a day will see just as LD described.... line - dot - dot. |
