| Some of the mistakes by title and the lender documents as well should never happen......such as spelling the borrower's name wrong. It's inconceivable to me that this can happen, considering the amount of paperwork that the borrower has to submit with their name on it to secure one of these loans. I'm not talking about a mistake on one document. I'm talking about spelling it wrong throughout the documents. This can be a real problem if we don't catch it until we try to match the borrower's ID with the name on the documents. |
