I’ve read through the handbook various times and could recite it in my sleep. I like to know as much as I possibly can, and know it inside out. However, I never could find a section that could answer my question. I’m very aware that we notarize signatures and not documents. My question was when there is a document with multiple signatures to be notarized and multiple pre-printed certificates within the documents that contained the incorrect wording, if I had to match the number of certificates with loose certificates or if I could just use one in place of them all. If that makes any sense? |
