Similarly to you. There's more to consider than what the law allows. I don't necessarily disagree with the other CA posters, but sometimes there's more to consider than that, like the type of loan, or who prepared the documents. The most common situation where there are multiple signatures per person are trust documents. Most of the time I see that, there's only one notary certificate and multiple signers are listed on one certificate. There are other types of documents, however, where that's usually not the case. |
