Local communities that want to remove monuments because of the reasons you give is one thing, local communities doing so out of fear of offending snowflakes is another.
This crowd of vandals who think they have the right to destroy public property because they are "offended" or they are "offended on behalf of others" are no better than ISIS destroying history. Both are doing it because they are "offended" and believe they have a right to do it.
In the clip of ISIS you will see a group destroying statues in a museum, they look very much like the same group destroying that statue on the street. |
