Had kale salad with wine soaked radishes, grated parmesan, chopped almonds, crushed garlic and god knows what else my wife puts into it. Has to be one of the healthiest and tastiest salads I have eaten. Best part - she picks the kale right out of the garden.
Doing the Paso wine tour this Sunday with friends from upper-state NY. Need it - working on stressful loan til 2am this morning. Back at it!
