Have you manged to get back to your Spanish studies? [Not that you've had any disruptions or distractions lately...  ] I'm sure you will when you're ready.
BTW, thanks so much for the Duolingo link. I decided to take the plunge with the French program and so far, so good. Taking baby steps, but I can see how this approach could really help someone learn a language. Knowing Spanish has helped with some concepts (like gender), but I still often want to consult a resource for grammar rules when I get something wrong to figure out why. Discussions have helped, but I'm sure it would be easy to find some reference material, too.
If anyone else is on the fence about doing this, I highly recommend just jumping in. There's lots of repetition and you go at your own pace, so you really can do it! I'm trying to do at least a little bit each day (most days) and am finding it fun. I also read that learning another language is a great way to keep mentally sharp as we advance in years.
