I used to have direct tv and decided to try an OTA antenna for one of our TVs. Just me & Mrs. and of course we have to have 3 tv's. I mounted the OTA antenna on the "mast" for the direct tv dish and pointed it generally in the direction of our Phoenix-area antennas. It works great for the one tv it's hooked to.

Back to the Direct setup, there was the cable from the antenna to the house connection and I just connected the bedroom tv to the jack in the wall. Works great for local ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS and many other stations.

With Roku for the other two tv's YouTubeTV.com works great and has more than enough channels for us and our grandkids.
