Speaking for myself...
...I am not paid to be the notary police, nor am I an underwriter or the title processor or the lender who clearly knew what they did here as well as that notary who put themself at risk and a huge fine to boot.
The day I start micromanaging everything that happens in a closing is the day I get paid to do so.
If I felt it needs to be addressed, the most I would do is use a sticky note on that area, just to make them aware it was caught.
