That is illegal but I would just stay in my lane. Many things happen in this business...CEO's get notarized and never even present, predated, post dated...a long list of things we shake our head at behind the scene. If it were me, I'd look the other way and just do my portion correctly and not get involved. "Senior Broker for the lender" says it all $$$$$$$ yearly. If you feel you need to make title aware, you are certainly welcome to do so, however that is opening Pandora's box, and more than likely they will remove you from the closing because that make things uncomfortable and now feel you are requesting things redone properly or an explanation. |
