This would be one to contact whoever hired you or the title company and ask what they want to do.

From my experience, if only one is listed on the 1003 it means only one will be on the loan.
Only one listed on the 1003 tells me they are using only ones income to put together the loan. Either the other doesn't work or is self-employed. In those instances I see the other spouse left off the loan application as such off the 1003. Depending on the state you are in......I am in Iowa. In Iowa certain things still need to be signed by a spouse such as RTC, TIL, possibly the indemnity aff or all inclusive, Mortgage.
