Small, nearly worthless vacant parcels in middle of nowhere for a couple thousand. Seller's have always been quite happy to get rid of it and get the money. Have also seen similar sales where a TC/TIP is involved and Seller's are NOT happy as a large portion of tiny sale price went to 'cost of sale', leaving them with next to nothing & feeling very ripped off.
