Unfortunately, your second signing may be a resign of this botched one. (on your dime ) First and foremost, know the notary rules for your state. Study the handbook. As for the loan docs, you are not supposed to explain any of the documents, however, if the borrower has a question, you should be able to point out which document answers the question. Good luck~
