Yes, I'd look closely at those samples of trust, POA, corp, etc. Certs at the back of our Handbook.

Also, write to Office of the Secretary to revise name on Commission; I know when I gave them my ID for my first commission I had No idea they were conspiring to give me notary signer's cramp! You talk about a scribble of unreadable proportions!

As for missed signatures, we've All done. Now you're Immune (Not!!)

Loose certificates: Carry a bunch with you Always. They'll come in handy, especially in the beginning.

P.S. Signing twice (rather than "lining through" may have been a better option). Keep your certificates as clean as possible; venue and some non-compliant remarks call for revisions - famously, "certified" or "personally known."
