It's similar to the CA notary that posted a couple of weeks ago about her rejected notarization due to the omission of her name after "Notary public." So assuming the paragraph did not include that part (and just said "before me," notary public and NO space afterward) her notarial act was "good."
Frequently we have to add signers' name(s) to end of the certificate, "sworn and subscribed before me by" _____________. I'm sure I've caught way more than I missed. Thankfully. |
