I have never had this happen and am left wondering.
On a GNW. Man presented a QCD which had a prep date on it. He appeared before me 1 week later. I filled in my venue with the date he was sitting in front of me. The recorder refused this because she said my venue should have had the date of the prep on it....not the date he was sitting in front of me. So wrong date. ??? In 16 years I have never signed with the date of prep. The venue reads.....on the ___ of _____2022, before me appeared_____________. How can this not mean the date the signer is sitting in front of me? Anyone ever hear heard of this before? |
