There have been quite a few examples lately of notaries being asked to do something incorrect by someone who should know better. Not only do we need to be able to recognize those situations, sometimes we also need the gumption to push back. It can be done respectfully and kindly, but naturally, we should never let someone convince us to do something illegal or improper. |
