I received this email offer for a "partial claim" which I have no idea what that is. Plethora of instructions, print at my expense, drive 40 minutes each way at my expense, unknown number of pages and notarizations, scanbacks and must wait for approval to drop, then travel to FedEx to ship, all for $20. SMH. I wouldn't even do all these services for $20 even if it was next door.

PRINT ONLY 1 SET OF CLOSING DOCUMENTS ONLY. In this 1 SET you have 3 copies, 2 copies to be signed by borrower and returned. 1 copy to be left with the borrower Full Scanbacks (ALL PAGES) of BOTH EXECUTED COPIES are required for approval. DO NOT DROP THE PACKAGE WITHOUT APPROVAL OF BOTH THE EXECUTED COPIES Make sure your stamp is legible make same day drop Documents to be signed exactly as name listed on documents and Date Format should be MM/DD/YYYY DO NOT COLLECT IDs DO NOT COLLECT VOIDED CHECKS, there are instructions for the borrower on the payment form on where to mail there check. Do not print double sided Do not drop in drop box only at a FEDEX facility. If your closing is in the below states please make sure client has 1 witness when confirming Connecticut: 2 witnesses and one can be the Notary. Georgia: 1 witness is required and it cannot be the Notary. Louisiana: 2 witnesses is required and it cannot be the Notary. South Carolina: 2 witnesses and one can be the Notary.
