Brenda, What a great idea! I have never had a single BO sign it, unless their name was typed underneath. (I work with two title cos. that specifically say in their instructions, "Only have the BO's sign if they are applying for joint credit." Wink

I have never been called and asked to go back out to have a single BO sign. Now, after reading this...I'm wondering if I'll get a call...
