Those of us who have lived in Southern California for a long time remember Edison telling us that during the summer we needed to lower our use of appliances during the peak afternoon hours when usage was extremely high.
Now they come up with TOU (time of usage) and that the peak time has changed to 4pm to 9pm.
How many years was it always 1 to 6, now the time has changed? |
