I actually cut my power bill in half for a couple of reasons.
We've had rain so avos and olive trees do not as much. If we have summer like weather into the holidays, we might have to irrigate. I have two meters, one for water and one for house and workshop and barn. I pretty much shut everything off or I'm not at home. My brother is not here at the moment, since July, and he liked watching old movies during the day hours.
I went from $90 to $40 last bill. My house is about 1300 SF. I can only be in one room at a time, so I'm constantly switching off and on as I move about.
