We have some life long friends, my wife has known them most of her life, who went with Viviant to install solar panels on their steel roof a couple of years ago.
When we had some vicious rains they noticed leaks in their bedroom and bath upstairs and leaks in their kitchen. This was around Thanksgiving.
The company came out and realized they had left holes in the roof so the insurance company for the contractors tried to low ball them. Fortunately their son is an adjuster so he referred them to a public adjuster who got them back to almost where they were originally although they are suing for costs involved in staying in a hotel for almost 90 days and other smaller items.
just another horror story that comes up once in awhile. |
