Are you deflecting?
Lets talk about YOUR marketing meeting with fellow NSA's...oh yeah, hasn't happened yet. When it does happen, why not post about what you all do, and how you network off of each other? How was it more an advantage than a disadvantage as a independent closer. How do you trust those closers not to step on your toes if working same areas? That's what we want to hear about. It's great when you are all the same level, same companies, but I also think if you have 10 years of companies you built from scratch and a newbie joins your ranks, you would be a little protective of spilling the beans, no? Could be just me. Please tell us.
It does sound lovely, and if anyone in Orlando would like to get together for lunch, I am all in. We can talk about the area, gossip about everyone on the forum...and big informative love fest of local title companies, SS's and jerks we meet and the traffic on I-4 of course. I have met a few central FL NSA's and has worked out well and has been mutually beneficial. One of which I can't thank enough, and she knows who she is  .
I post no excuses nor cry I am not busy, do I? I just run an entirely different business model than west coast. It works for me. Direct lists? Sure, I am there. Preferred list, go to's and #1's, sure, I am there. After 13 years it would be shame if I wasn't.
Was that positive enough, or a bit too straight forward and condescending like some think?
