Good comments and we can all agree and disagree and contribute or lurk...east coats vs west coast has always been a thing, and two different cans of nuts packed in different states. I feel most on here like reading the ups and down's and the uncensored -not G rated forums other places have, and brings us to being #1.
It's not for the weak, the sensitive, or people who hold grudges, and its not a safe place a lot of the time, and not meant to be. If you can dish it, you have to take it open minded or mindlessly. Bottom line, each and every one of us are good people or we wouldn't be doing what we do. We would all pull each other out of a burning car if you crashed. We want to prevent that crash. Sometimes you just can't however.
We do have valuable information to pick and choice for what works for you. Opinions and different ways to do things are always going to post. Meetings, networking, research, questioning organizational members, and those damned notary grammar police will always be here...
It's not only fellow NSA's under cutting us as our competition driving our fees offered lowered, trying to find shortcuts without putting in the time...we protect ourselves, we are always on guard. We have companies who do not pay, promise you things and then don't follow through as well. Working in these conditions is tough. We use our money and time and extend credit, get bottom of the barrel scraps and do the most important work of getting these loans closed.
There are thousands here that would benefit chiming in and join into these discussion and enter the peanut gallery. I am not the only one, and sure, I get a little much at times,noted and agree, but nobody else is commenting on anything. If you hate me, that's good, don't read or lets discuss...I have a strong back and thick skin...and I know you really do not hate me  |
