I'm in it for the long haul. I enjoy this work. I enjoy meeting people and helping them take that next step towards achieving their goals. One issue that I deal with right now is that I come from fifteen years of teaching. It's in my blood to try to teach. Part of that is building a strong rapport with the people I'm dealing with. One can't teach if their students don't like and trust them. Right now, I'm trying to re-orient myself towards a more business-like style of communication.
