You are still really new to this...cut the small talk, but even more importantly just really know what each document is inside and out and then it just rolls off the tongue as you present them. Each page should have a 1 sentence description and you need to memorize that so you get it to 45 minutes. When you get your package, review it ahead of time where the intials are, where they sign, just get comfortable and then you will not be struggling through a package and perhaps giving too long a description about what they are signing. Don't beat yourself up...after you get about 1000 under your belt you will get your rhythm going. We each have our own unique styles of presenting, how we flip pages, how we get prepared, so you have to find yours. Agree, 1.5 hours is way too long unless you have issues and having to solve problems with their LO or title company. |
