| I think this would be an issue if we based our loan signing fees on notarizations, but I don't think that's the case for the vast majority of us. Our fees typically are a flat rate for completing the entire scope of work, and as I said before, the notarizations themselves are a relatively very small part of that. I don't think it's much of a stretch to consider the notarizations as being thrown in for free in these cases. |
