somebody dis-assembled the log cabin most likely. Re-assembled on purchaser's property, if not hauled by regular house-mover company (which I doubt).

The paperwork was probably a bill of sale. Since no "real property" aka real estate was involved, it's just like someone sold someone else's car....for cash...no title....no questions.
