This is what happens with no title insurance, or survey or checking public records. If they had and still paying a loan, there must be a title recorded somewhere. It seems like an easy fix...who ever is paying for it, title to it, owns it. I would sue the house movers for not checking proper papers, the person who ordered it and who ever owns the current land it sits on.
In FL we cannot even have a fence installed without an original raised seal (not copied) survey and proof of ownership.
