The property owner did not own the cabin, and, depending also on if it was on a permanent foundation--the line is drawn as to "mobile" and "attached to the land". Civil suit, imho. Much more expensive than the $3 k involved.
Once the sheriff determines it's a civil dispute they will back away and let the parties involved settle it either among themselves or in court, at their expense. imho |
