there would be a deed to the property regardless of any lender ever being involved.
It would be like you hiring a company to move you house to different property. certainly the movers should have confirmed if they guy hiring them to move the house owned the property but there would be no separate title for the cabin and one would think the movers should have confirmed if permits were in place to move but that remains to be seen if their responsibility.
