the kit was never a mobile home so would not be titled separately from the land. once built it becomes part of the real estate.
so if we are going to project, I would say they need to establish if anything had changed with the title vesting of all three, which they are doing, then go from there. if all three still own, the seller of the cabin certainly had no right to do so but it may just be a matter of ignorance rather than criminal.
